Commercial Grounds prides itself in offering customized service, and we make it our duty to allow our home owner clients to enjoy the hassle free lifestyle they chose, and let us do the work! We have site managers that can cater to individual needs with association approval. Following the board instructions and bylaws and caring for the individual home owner have been our greatest asset. We will establish a relationship with all home owners who want one, documenting there wants and needs and delivering the service they expect. We also offer maintenance services for the board and home owners, from the bulb that has gone out in a common area to helping a resident with a small repair. We have found no one association is the same! We know we can help make the job easier for the board and deliver quality service for the residents.
Lawn Mowing
Our team will give you a professional cut with late model equipment. All mowing will be uniform and straight. Trimming will be done with a weed eater around all fixed buildings & objects, landscape areas, drive and walking paths every time its needed. All driveways and walkway/patio areas will be blown off.
Spring and Fall Clean Up
All beds are cleaned up of fallen leaves and branches and lawn areas cleaned for a nice clean and neat appearance. Any plants needing to be cut back in the fall will be.
Landscaping
We can perform any landscape project you desire, whether you like old world looks or more modern contemporary look, we can help. Removal or installation, Anything that has to do with the outside grounds at your commercial or residential property.
